Start with the service that matters
Identify the products or advice the organisation is permitted to provide and the segments it can serve. Distinguish customers looking for a definition from those evaluating a provider.
Inspect technical access and intent overlap
Review rendering, indexable HTML, titles, canonicals, navigation, structured data and duplicate or overlapping service pages. Prioritise fixes to commercial journeys.
Test the quality of the enquiry path
Can a customer understand the next step without being asked to share inappropriate sensitive details? Does someone responsible own the inbox? Is each important qualification question proportionate?
What a useful first review should cover
- High-value URL-to-intent map
- Technical and accessibility findings
- Priority claims requiring a named reviewer
- Proposed conversion-quality measures
An audit cannot certify regulatory compliance; content and service claims must be reviewed by the relevant professional owner.
